"Internet Surfer" is "Freeware". You are hearby given the right to use and distribute "Internet Surfer" without a monetary price. In other words, you can't charge something for "Internet Surfer" without my permission (hence the term "Freeware"). If you use "Internet Surfer" and "Internet Surfer" does something to your system like delete files, crash the hard-drive, corrupt your memory, disconnect you from the network or any other bad and nasty thing then I'm not responsible for the damage or anything else. You assume full responsibility for using "Internet Surfer". When I say "Internet Surfer" I mean any version of the program "Internet Surfer". You are encouraged to distribute "Internet Surfer" as long as "Internet Surfer" is distributed in the original "zip" file without modifications to the "zip" file (the "zip" file is the package utilized for distribution). I can change "Internet Surfer" anytime I like without notice and without anybody's permission. This license may be revoked anytime I please because "Internet Surfer" is mine, you are only a user of "Internet Surfer". If "Internet Surfer" is used for any commercial purposes whatsoever then Jack Flacco, the author of "Internet Surfer" shall be awarded a cash benefit stipulated by Jack Flacco. The cash benefit will be determined by the commercial usage. Other usage, support and development contracts are available upon request with ranging cash benefits for Jack Flacco.
